REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Onariah. We take immense pride in crafting luxury, high-quality jewelry. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

RETURNS

 You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it.

 To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same pristine condition that you received it. It must be in the original packaging, including any protective boxes, velvet pouches, or gemstone certificates provided.

 Items showing signs of wear, altering, or damage will not be accepted for return.

CUSTOM & MADE-TO-ORDER PIECES

Please note that custom-designed jewelry, personalized items, and made-to-order collections are uniquely crafted to your specifications. Therefore, custom commissions and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

REFUNDS

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
